For many years, efuzone has been committed to providing reliable, affordable, and secure web hosting services. Throughout this journey, we have always done our best to deliver quality services, dependable technical support, and a hosting environment our customers can trust.
Many of you have been with us for years, and we truly appreciate the confidence and loyalty you have shown us.
Unfortunately, the hosting industry has changed significantly in recent years, and maintaining the same level of service at affordable prices has become increasingly challenging.
Global economic uncertainty, rising infrastructure costs, and significant increases in memory, storage, and server hardware prices have directly affected hosting providers worldwide.
In addition, software licensing costs continue to increase year after year. cPanel, one of the essential platforms used across our hosting infrastructure, has announced another pricing increase effective December 16, 2026. Depending on the licensing category, these increases are expected to be approximately 10–15%.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated increase. Hosting providers have been facing continuous licensing price adjustments for several years, making it increasingly difficult to maintain low-cost hosting services.
Despite these challenges, we have continued investing in our infrastructure rather than compromising the quality of our services.
Over the years, we have also introduced additional security measures and developed more advanced monitoring systems to help detect unusual account activities, identify potential security threats, and respond to suspicious events in a timely manner.
These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to protecting our customers and maintaining a reliable hosting environment.
However, all these improvements, along with increasing infrastructure and operational expenses, come at a significant ongoing cost.
After carefully reviewing our operating expenses and the long-term sustainability of our services, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our Basic Hosting Plan.
Basic Hosting Plan Discontinuation – Effective October 30, 2026
Starting October 30, 2026, our Basic Hosting Plan will no longer be available for new registrations or renewals. The package will also be removed from our website and ordering system.
We understand that this decision may be disappointing for some customers, particularly those who have been using our Basic Hosting Plan for several years.
Please understand that this was not an easy decision. We have always tried to keep our hosting services affordable, but continuing to offer this package while maintaining our existing standards of security, infrastructure, and technical support is no longer financially sustainable.
Rather than reducing service quality or compromising security, we believe this is the responsible step forward.
Important Information for Existing Basic Hosting Customers
1. Existing Hosting Accounts Will Remain Active
All existing Basic Hosting customers will continue receiving their hosting services until their current paid expiration dates.
There will be no interruption to active hosting accounts before their paid service periods end.
2. Advance Renewal Notice – 30 Days
Our billing system normally generates renewal invoices approximately 30 days before the service expiration date.
This provides customers with sufficient advance notice to decide whether they would like to upgrade to our Business Hosting Plan or migrate their website and data to another hosting provider.
We strongly encourage all affected customers to make their arrangements within this notice period rather than waiting until the final expiration date.
3. Special Grace Period Until November 7, 2026
We understand that customers whose hosting services are expiring around the announcement date may not have sufficient time to make alternative arrangements.
As a special one-time consideration, customers whose Basic Hosting services expire between October 26 and October 30, 2026, will be given an additional grace period until November 7, 2026.
This additional time is being provided to allow affected customers to upgrade their hosting plans or complete their migration arrangements.
Please note that this is a temporary transition extension and does not represent a renewal of the Basic Hosting Plan.
4. Upgrade or Migration Options
Customers who wish to continue hosting with efuzone may upgrade to our Business Hosting Plan.
Customers who prefer to move their services elsewhere are free to choose another hosting provider.
Our support team will provide reasonable assistance with the transition while the hosting account remains active.
5. Service Expiration and Account Termination
After the applicable paid service expiration date, or November 7, 2026, for customers eligible for the special grace period, Basic Hosting accounts that have not been upgraded or migrated will be subject to suspension and permanent termination.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their website files, databases, emails, and other important data have been backed up or transferred before the applicable deadline.
Please understand that once an account has been permanently terminated, its data may no longer be available or recoverable. efuzone cannot guarantee data recovery after termination.
We therefore strongly recommend completing all necessary arrangements well before the deadline.
Our Commitment to You Remains Unchanged
While we are discontinuing our Basic Hosting Plan, our commitment to providing reliable, secure, and professionally managed hosting services remains unchanged.
We will continue improving our infrastructure, strengthening our security monitoring systems, and providing the technical support our customers have come to expect from us.
We believe that maintaining the quality and reliability of our services is more important than offering a package that we can no longer sustainably support.
